Full Service, Day-of, Bridal Consultation
Day of coordination involves taking care of all the logistical details of the wedding on the day of the wedding itself.
I charge $150 for day-of coordination. For that price, you’ll get up to two hours of consultations before the wedding, two hours of coordination at the rehearsal, and up to eight hours of coordination on the day of the wedding. I’ll also review all of your vendor and supplier contracts to make sure you actually get what you contracted for. I’ll get you down the aisle and out the door on time so you won’t be burdened with any overtime charges from vendors.
Full Service planning involves everything included in Day of Coordination plus a lot more, such as managing budget, vendors, venues, and all the nitty-gritty details that go into planning a wedding.
I charge $500 for full service planning. For that price, you’ll get all of the above, plus an additional six hours of consultation time. I’ll help you plan every aspect of your special day. I’ll also be at the reception for up to four hours to ensure that everything goes smoothly.
For an additional $200, you’ll get all of the above, plus up to eight hours of consultation time, 12 hours of coordination on the day of the wedding, and I’ll oversee the cleanup of the site, collect your security deposit, return your party rentals, and collect and return all tuxedos.
Bridal Consultation is a service based on a hourly fee for advice and vendor recommendations.
$20 per hour for planning advice and vendor recommendations.
